Elastic Cloud and its related software solutions (i.e., Elastic Enterprise Search, logging, metrics, application performance monitoring, business analytics, and security analytics) can also be deployed on-premises, in public or private clouds, or in hybrid environments to satisfy various user and customer needs.
Elastic Cloud is a family of software-as-a-service (SaaS) products that includes the Elastic Cloud Hosted (ECH, aka ESS), Elastic Workplace Search, Elastic App Search Service, Elastic Security, and Elastic Observability. In the Elastic Cloud service offering, Elastic hosts and manages Elastic Stack components, including Elasticsearch and Kibana, on infrastructure from multiple public cloud providers, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Microsoft Azure.
Elastic Cloud is also now available as a Serverless SaaS offering on AWS. Elastic Cloud Serverless is currently ISO 27001, ISO 27017, and 27018 certified and is compliant with PCI-DSS and CSA STAR.
